I have heard from other regions that Wendys has Valentines booklets for $1 and you get 3 Jr. Frosty's and 3 Value Fries ($6 in value) ... I am going to call some local Wendy's to see who has these available...if anyone (???) Pairing this deal with a sandwich from their 99cent Value menu could make for a whole meal for 99 cents (plus tax)....
