Go to the Beech-Nut Baby Food Home page to get your Free Toddler Baby Kit. You do have to sign up to receive their emailed newsletter but this is a time when a separate email comes in handy or you can just stop the email after you get the first one. Arrives in 6-8 weeks so if your baby is not at stage 4 now it's ok.
