For "liking" their facebook page, you can receive a free NeilMed sinus relief system from the makers of the Netipot! This is supposed to really help asthma sufferers. There was a section for a doctors name and a survey to fill out --- I didn't do any of that and I still got confirmation that my shipment was on it's way. (This might be one of the ones that you use a separate email account for to avoid spam). I will update everyone when/if I get mine :)
